At Fancee Solutions, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully to understand your rights regarding your requests for personalized video messages.

1. Cancellation Before Recording

Non-Refundable

All personalized video message requests are non-refundable once made, as they involve custom content creation tailored specifically to your order. This includes all cases where the request is submitted.

2. Cancellation After Recording

No Refunds: Once a video message has been recorded and delivered, it cannot be cancelled or refunded due to the personalized nature of the content.

3. Changes to Requests

Request Modifications: If you need to make changes to your request (such as the personalized message), please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the video is recorded.

Modification Fee: A change request fee of Rs. 250 may apply to accommodate updates after the order has been confirmed but before recording.
